SEVERINE

Meet Severine Allocco, a Belgium-born, South American-raised dynamo with a dance background and a passion for Pilates. After a neck injury sidelined her contemporary dance career, she turned to Pilates for recovery and never looked back. Inspired by the transformative power of the practice, she opened BODYWORK in 2006 with a mission to empower others to move with grace and efficiency. Her goal? To help you feel better in class and in life.

A fully certified Pilates teacher since 2001, Severine has trained in the Peak Pilates Classical system and continued her education in contemporary Pilates techniques, muscular chains, anatomy-applied Pilates, and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Her expertise and warm, welcoming approach create a convivial environment that invites growth and well-being.

BORIS

Introducing Boris Cossio, an Argentinian movement maestro and philosophy enthusiast. His journey began with philosophy studies at university, which later pivoted to a career in contemporary dance, performing with several esteemed Belgian companies. Boris is not only a fully certified Pilates instructor but also holds certifications in Iyengar Yoga and the Gyrotonic Expansion System. Continuously refining his Pilates expertise with mentor Javier Velázquez in Rotterdam, Boris brings a wealth of knowledge to the studio.

His teaching philosophy? To empower clients to move freely and with deep body awareness. For Boris, it's not just about the physical; it's about cultivating a mindful connection to movement and oneself.
